You will love how the day slowly gets brighter, when the midnight blue turns to lighter blue, when the brilliant colors start to seep into the sky, when nature is painted in incredible colors.


Productivity


Morning are the most productive time of day. Waking up at 5 AM allows you to have some extra time to organize yourself and plan the day ahead. This will allow you to be extra productive during the day and also prepares you for the tasks you need to accomplish. You will not feel rushed to get this done and will have time to really think about your schedule and how to make it all fit.


Breakfast


Rise early and you actually have time for breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. Without breakfast, your body is running on fumes until you are so hungry at lunchtime that you eat whatever unhealthy thing you can find.

Peace and Quiet


Waking up before the rest of the house does can provide you with a couple hours of much needed alone time. Alone time is good for your focus which helps your productivity and health in many ways.
